Service is going down so bad since the service charge has been added automatically. They used to work for their tip now they have taken their foot off the gas.

Waitress came by to drop food off and taken a plate back without any explanation because she did not speak nor understand any English. Like come on the service lately has been really poor. The only weird thing was that we had a service charge on the receipt, which we would expect for large parties, but not for a party of 3. It was just my wife, myself, and our 1 year old.
