Management does not care about anything but their bonuses. When it gets near review time for raises, they start writing people up for the littlest things so they dont have to give them a raise. Company Policy is write ups fall off after 6 months and you cant change departments or qualify for a promotion until that write up is gone. I had to quit cause it was just toxic and the am start time was ridiculous. Especially when we weren't getting any incentive for working those hours.
