We created exterior operable openings for fresh air, connections to new exterior patios and landscaping, over 20 solar tubes for ample natural light throughout the space, LED lighting, high efficiency mechanical system, big ass fans, acoustical ceiling treatment, sand blasted exterior block, exposed and celebrated the connections, materials and details that define the construction of the space. We balanced the space by using clean modern finishes, but still telling a story about construction.

We want to collaborate with those who share the same passion for the craft and quality of their work as we do for architecture. When Chasse started his company, his mission went beyond the bottom line. He worked to create a positive work environment and upbeat culture where employees felt inspired and good about their jobs and what they were part of. Building an animal facility comes with its unique set of challenges and Clark said the Chasse team has taken every aspect into account while also keeping the facility environmentally friendly.

And as the construction continued, Clark said costs decreased without compromise to the building. Usually, costs go up. He had been pondering a move to break out on his own and run a business with the ethics and principles he valued.

One day, Chasse was attending church service with his wife and the sermon emphasized the message that we all were created to make a difference. His back-and-forth debating about his professional future ended.

This purpose is taken a step further when Chasse takes on a school project. So when students see construction going on, they get more out of it than loud noise, dust and big trucks. Chasse has cultivated a passionate group of people who love what they do, create lasting partnerships with clients, subcontractors, architects, and create a positive reputation inside and outside of the company.

CHASSE focuses on the construction market sectors of K12 education, higher education, nonprofit, retail, multifamily housing, healthcare, office, and industrial spaces. Chasse was recognized for his philanthropic drive, care for other people, and commitment to the construction industry.
